Love & Thyme is a regenerative flower farm and agritourism destination taking shape in the hills of Crete. We grow seasonal, pollinator-friendly flowers using soil-first, sustainable practices, offering a local alternative to the imported, air-freighted blooms that travel thousands of miles to reach a vase.
