Why Love & Thyme?
Everything special in life takes a little love & thyme.
It's a motto I've said for years, long before I ever imagined it would become the name of a flower farm. Love is one of my favorite words; it's generous, it's brave, it's the thing we're all ultimately building toward, in work and in life.
Thyme is one of my favorite herbs; humble, resilient, quietly healing, the kind of plant that thrives even when the soil is rocky and the sun is relentless.
Put them together, and you have something that sounds like a season passing: love and time and something that smells like the Cretan hillsides I've come to call home.
Both love and thyme have a way of healing what needs healing. A sprig of thyme in tea when you're unwell. A bouquet pressed into someone's hands when words aren't quite enough. Flowers have always been one of the purest gifts of love we give each other, no occasion required, no explanation needed. Just here, I was thinking of you.
Love & Thyme is my way of growing that idea into something rooted, literal, and lasting: a farm built on the belief that the most meaningful things — a friendship, a garden, a life you actually want — can't be rushed. They take a little love. And a little thyme.
